We ship from our New Delhi studio to customers across the globe, and every order is dispatched with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

How long will my order take?

Because each piece is made to order, production typically takes one to four weeks, depending on the garment and the level of embroidery. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched. Transit time depends on your destination. The estimate for your specific piece and location is confirmed by the studio after order review.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the weight of your order, so you always see the final cost before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your destination, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply when your order arrives. These are set by your country's customs authority.

Prices and currency

Prices on this site are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Your bank or card issuer will convert the amount to your local currency at the time of payment.

Planning around an event

If your order is for a wedding or a fixed date, please allow generous time for production, delivery and any adjustment. Our groom's guide has planning advice, and the studio is always happy to help you work backwards from your date.
