Yes. Every garment is made to order in our New Delhi studio. Choose your size from our size chart, or select My own measurements on the product page and the studio will take you through them before anything is cut.

Message the studio before you order. We would rather answer a fit question before production than after, and we can advise based on the silhouette of the piece you have chosen.

Yes. The studio reviews the measurements you provide before production begins, and will contact you if anything needs to be clarified.

Yes, and coordinating a group is easier when we plan it together. Message the studio with the number of outfits and your dates, and we will advise on pieces and timing.

Most pieces take one to four weeks to make, depending on the garment and the level of embroidery, and are then dispatched with tracking. The studio confirms the timeline for your piece after reviewing your order.

As early as you can. Allow time for making, delivery and any fine adjustment before the event. Add your event date on the product page and the studio will plan backwards from it. Our groom's guide has more planning advice.

Yes. We ship from New Delhi to customers around the world, and every order is tracked. Shipping within India is free. International shipping is charged according to the destination and the weight of the order; see shipping and delivery.

International orders are shipped duties unpaid. Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes set by your country are paid by the recipient on delivery, and are needed to release the parcel from customs.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices within India include taxes. Your bank or card issuer converts the amount to your currency at the time of payment.

We accept credit and debit cards and UPI. For other payment methods, contact the studio.

Because every garment is made to your size or measurements, we can't accept returns or exchanges. As there is no trial fitting, a small adjustment of about 1 to 2% may occasionally be needed. This is why we review fit with you before production.

If the packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact order@bhavyabhasin.com with your order number, or call +91 11 4015 4277. Once verified by our team, a replacement is issued at no extra cost.

Cancellation requests are considered only within 24 hours of placing the order, because production begins soon after. Contact the studio straight away if you need to cancel.

Most embroidery lies flat. Ours rises from the cloth, so each motif has real depth and catches the light from every angle. It is the signature of our New Delhi studio. Discover the craft.

Very close. Because each piece is made individually, small variations between pieces are part of the craft, and screens show colour slightly differently. If colour matters for a particular event, ask the studio for a daylight photograph or video.

Dry clean only, with a specialist who handles embroidered pieces. Steam lightly from the reverse, never iron directly on the embroidery, and store the garment on a padded hanger in its breathable bag. See the full care guide.
