Making and delivery
Made to order, usually in one to four weeks depending on the embroidery. International shipping is charged by destination and weight, and import duties are paid on arrival. Shipping details.
Returns and alterations
As each piece is made for you, it can't be returned or exchanged. A small adjustment of 1 to 2% may occasionally be needed. If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse it and email order@bhavyabhasin.com with your order number.
